Q. • What do I do if I’m locked out of my IT account?


If you have entered your password incorrectly a number of times you may be locked out of your LSBU account. If this happens it can take up to 30 minutes for the system to allow you access again. If after 30 minutes you are still unable to log in, you can reset your password by clicking here. If you still cannot log in after resetting, then please contact the Student IT Support Help Desk on Level 1 East of Perry Library or speak to a member of staff at the Havering Help Desk.
