Q. • Why am I unable to submit my Turnitin assignment?

Answer

First please check the due date in the submission status box. If the date has passed you may no longer be able to submit. This is dependent on how the assignment has been set up by the Module Leader. If you think your deadline has not passed and you are still unable to submit you will need to contact your Module Leader to inform them of this issue and request their advice.

There may be a number of other reasons why you are unable to submit your assignment to Turnitin. Please check all the assignment instructions on your Moodle site. For a step-by-step guide to submitting assignments through Turnitin please see our How To guide here. If you need further help, please come and see us at the LRC help desk. You can find our help desk opening hours here. Please note that staff at the LRC help desk are unable to make any changes to your assignment or Turnitin settings on Moodle.
