Q. HSC iPads

Answer

Mini iPads issued to students on Health and Social Care courses have been provided as seen. Once the iPad has been given to the student the University has no further responsibility.

Mini iPads are given as a one off device, if anything goes wrong with it the University is not responsible for any repairs or replacements. The same applies if the device is lost or stolen.

If the Mini iPad does not work, you are advised to contact Apple who may be able to resolve the issue. Any costs would be the responsibility of the student.

For Mini iPads with LSBU management system, do not restore to factory settings as this will disable all functionality. This action cannot be undone.
