Q. How do I get a book or journal article which LSBU doesn't hold?

Answer

You can make an inter library loan request and we’ll try and obtain a copy from the British Library or other libraries. You can find full details here.

You can check if the book is available in other libraries in the local area using  http://www.search25.ac.uk/ which searches more than 40 academic libraries in London and South East England.

You could also check COPAC which searches the stock of more than 90 academic libraries in the UK and Ireland.

You may then be able to visit those libraries under the SCONUL access scheme.

If you get stuck trying to find an item you want contact your Information Adviser who will try to help.
