Q. What do I do if I can’t receive emails from certain lecturers/students or are unable to send emails to them?
First check that you have not blocked any senders or recipients by accident. To do so, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your email home page to open your email settings. Then select Mail under Your app settings at the bottom of the Settings panel. Next select Block or Allow under Accounts from the options panel on the left of the window. You will now be able to see a Blocked Senders box where you can see the addresses of any senders that you have blocked emails from. To remove any senders from this list, click on their email address and press the trash icon.
