Q. Student number not recognised - unable to setup It account

Student fully enrolled but student number not recognised on the password selfservice database - please advise!

It takes 24-48 hours for your student record to synchronise and allow newly enrolled students to set up an IT account. Please could you wait and then to create your IT account at: go.lsbu.ac.uk/password

 

If you the problem still persists after this time, please contact the student IT support help desk on 0207 815 6678, by email at

llr-ithelpdesk@lsbu.ac.uk, or by visiting our help desk based in 1 West of the Perry Library between 9am - 4.50pm Monday to Friday.
