Q. What to do if you are unable to send or receive emails
If you are experiencing difficulties with the functionality of your email account, it could be a sign that your account has been compromised.
Emails may appear to be sending correctly but your recipients may not receive them. You may also experience difficulty sending emails or finding large amounts of emails in your sent box that were not sent by you.
If you think your account may have been compromised reset your password, then run your Anti-Virus software to scan your device.
