Your web browser may prevent pop-ups or windows opening from certain web pages. This can prevent you from viewing content and information. You can manage your pop-ups through your browser settings. Read on for details of how to enable pop-ups in the web browser you are using.

Chrome

In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner and go to Settings. In Site Settings, click Pop-ups and Redirects. Turn the setting to Allowed.

Edge

In Microsoft Edge, click the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Settings, then Privacy & Security. Under the Security heading, toggle the Block Pop-Up option.

In Safari, go to the menu bar at the top of the page. Click Safari, and then Preferences. On the new menu that opens up go to the top bar and select Websites, and then click Pop-Up Windows on the left sidebar. You can then add any websites you currently have open to your allowed pop-up list.
