Q. Why can't I access Moodle?
Having trouble logging onto Moodle?
First please check your login details by signing into the student portal MyLSBU:
(please note: If you are able to logon to MyLSBU but NOT Moodle and it has been less than 48 hours since you fully completed your enrolment, you may need to wait for this time to allow your student record to synchronise with Moodle).
If you cannot log in to either Moodle or MyLSBU you will need to reset your password:
However, if you still can’t log into Moodle after this time then it is possible that there is finance concern on your account.
You will need to check with Student Finance and resolve any issues:
If you have recently resolved any finance issues, then please contact your school office to update the status of your student record.
