Q. Why can't I access Panopto videos in Moodle?


Having issues accessing Panopto videos via Moodle?

There could be a number of reasons for this:

1. You are not running the latest update for your operating system on the device you are trying to access Panopto from. Please check that your device is running the latest operating systems

2. Your web browser is preventing the site from working. There may be an error because of the cookie settings on your internet browser are remembering a failed log in attempt.  Try following the steps in this help sheet to clear your browser settings.

3. The Panopto content on Moodle is more geared for Windows. If you are accessing via Mac you will need to download the Panopto App from the App store

We also recommend using the Firefox web browser, particularly if you are a Mac user as this displays LSBU content better than other browsers.
